Rimjhim is a dedicated professional with a profound commitment to child and adolescent
development. Holding a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi,
she brings extensive experience in research, program coordination, and leadership to her
role as Development Centre Coordinator at Children First.
Her journey, driven by a deep interest in holistic child development, led her to create gender
sensitization modules and sustainable toys that promote social-emotional and cognitive
growth in young minds. She believes every child deserves a nurturing environment to thrive.
When she’s not coordinating services, she enjoys caring for neighbourhood dogs and
expressing her creativity through painting in various mediums.
