Driven by a passion for psychology from an early age, Monica is a dedicated clinical
psychologist and therapist committed to advancing mental health. She finds deep satisfaction
and fulfilment in connecting on a deeper level and exploring the complexities of emotional
and mental health with her clients.
She has done her MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Dr. RML Hospital and Master’s in
Applied Psychology (Specialization in Counselling psychology) from Tata Institute of Social
Sciences (TISS). With over three years of practice, Monica has worked with a diverse range
of clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities. She employs an eclectic, client-centered
approach, tailoring interventions to each individual's needs. Outside of work, Monica is a
food enthusiast and nature lover.
